Terms of use of application "PORTAL - Play Life"
- Introduction
This Agreement governs the relationship between the user (the “User”) and the developer of PORTAL - Play Life (the “Company”) regarding the use of the application.
- License to Use
- The User is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the application for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- The User may not copy, distribute, or modify the application without the Company’s permission.
- Registration and Account
- The User enters data independently to create a profile. The Company is not responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
- The User is responsible for keeping their access credentials secure.
- Rules of Conduct
- The User may not use the application for illegal activities, to distribute viruses, or to violate the rights of other users.
- The User may not use offensive, discriminatory, or obscene language in in-game chat or profiles.
- Intellectual Property
- All rights to the content, interface elements, and application code belong to the Company.
- The User does not acquire ownership rights to any game content.
- Disclaimer of Liability
- The Company is not liable for any losses arising from use of the application.
- The game is provided “as is,” without warranties of accuracy or uninterrupted operation.
- Violations and Restrictions
- The Company reserves the right to restrict or suspend the User’s access in case of violations of these terms.
- The User may stop using the application at any time.
- Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Company’s main market jurisdictions (Ukraine, the EU, the USA, etc.).
- Disputes are resolved through negotiations, and if necessary, through court proceedings.
- Changes to the Agreement
- The Company may update these terms and will notify Users of changes via the app and the website.

- Acceptance of Terms
By clicking “Next,” completing registration, making a payment, or otherwise using any functionality of the PORTAL - Play Life app, the User confirms they accept this Agreement and agree to comply with all its provisions. Continued use of the app constitutes unconditional acceptance of all terms of this Agreement.
